I am having the hardest time trying to speak with someone to check if I have an approved COVP order. Because of the constraints most likely my 22 will become a 23. I ordered back in October of 2021.
I called 3 months ago and was told I will get a call first thing the next morning. Nothing.
Called again 3 days ago. And again the front desk lady said someone will contact me. Nothing.
Finally, I called Ford customer service and was told that I needed to confirm with my dealership if I have an approved COVP order.
I just called Harold Ford back and was transferred to someone's voice mail. I did leave my name and order detail and asked for a confirmation. At this point I don't know if I will get a response and/or loose out on the special offer.
