I had a my22 on order and went into the dealership on Sept 16. My salesman was not available but the sales manager checked into things. He confirmed that my order was resubmitted as a 23 and confirmed by Ford with a high priority. He also said that he did not have details on pricing, price protection yet, but your price on the sales (OMVIC) agreement will be honoured. he also stated that I should have a VIN and estimated production date by the beginning of Nov.

Sounds like this dealer has his ducks in a row. Reading all the threads from the US about guys still waiting for 2022 trucks is truly disheartening.
Keep us posted on your progress and maybe share your build. I have a 2023 Lariat with several constricted items. I'm not expecting to be near the front of the line but as a guy said in another post, it would be nice to know you are in the line.

My build Hybrid XLT with Lux package, CP360 and hard rollup tonneau cover. Lux package primarily for the power drivers seat and the heated seat, recent major back surgery. Heated mirrors definitely a good item for our area. CP 360, I'm in my 70s and just want the extra safety features. Cyber Orange, I just wanted a bright colour.
My salesman told me from the outset, not TO believe rumours on the internet but to get information from them.

I also ordered the Luxury pckg for the heated seats. I also ordered the black appearance pckg. I’m curious what colour the side mirror skull caps will be. Lux pckg lists body colour and BAP lists black. I’m just hoping it gets built.

Ordered on September 26. Dealer had prices and options. My order was confirmed (Ford Canada via chat) on October 6. Needed the order number and dealer code. You might have to ask the dealer for that information depending on what papers you were given.

Ford Chat told me to stay in touch with the dealer regarding VIN: no emails direct to customer.

So on Sept. 16 I gave the dealership a call, and confirmed the order bank was open. So I headed in and we started building a Maverick, the weird part was that there was no prices available for anything, base vehicle price, options, packages, etc. So we built what I wanted and submitted the order, we got all green check marks, so it's ordered, but still no prices. I'm the dealerships first 2023 order. I'm just curious if anyone else in Canada had a similar experience, or if they were able to get prices?
I orderd a stock XLT / ecoboost from a Toronto Ford dealership on Sept 22 and got pricing / build sheet sunmitted to Ford. I was told my spray-in bedliner and trailer hitch would delay things so they will be installing them instead.

They have 2 hybrids and one eco coming in - hopefully good news going forward.

Yes, any trickle of trucks coming to Canada is hope. My dealership is small and just informed me he received no allocation in November for Jan/Feb builds. It doesn't mean my retail order won't get picked up but he won't get any for stock. Next allocation is Dec for Mar/Apr build.
I wasn't thinking I would see a truck before May, anyway.
I have been pondering a Ridgeline as a backup plan. More money but well equipped in the lower trim and I like the recent redesign. Looks more like a truck.
