Anyone ordered with Harold Ford in Sacramento?

Did you order there or was yours already on the lot? Besides the unwanted accesories, did they also charg a market adjustment over MSRP? When did you recieve your truck? Thanks.

Hi,
My 87 y.o. father in law reserved a Maverick Hybrid Lariat from Harrold Ford in Sacramento on July 26, 2021 with a $100 deposit. It is " in final preparation" and supposed to be at the dealer next week. The dealer told my father in law at the time he ordered it that he would just be charged MSRP (plus tax and license etc.). Now they sent him an estimate with a market value selling price $5200 over MSRP and wheel locks, clear shield and ELO secure (none of which he ordered) of $2100 for a total of $7300 over MSRP! 11 months wait just to be cheated like this?? I am so mad. I called Ford but got only sympathy and a promise to record the complaint.
Did they do the same to you?

This exact same thing happened to me luckily I ordered another from future ford incase this happened. I also reported harrold ford to ford costumer service with pictures of their pricing and video of them trying to explain the insane charges!

Just a quick add on to the Sacramento area for dealers not to deal with, Folsom lake, Ford

I went in to re-order the Maverick, and they never put in the order. When I called this morning, I got the, “oh you are not happy? We will be happy to cancel your order”.
