Update still working great. If I remote start my car by the time I get in it the connection is instantaneous.
Has the wireless charger been able to keep up and/or charge your phone while using it?

The only thing I've encountered is about once a week the Maverick must want to do some extended chatting with the mothership on wi-fi so for about 10-15 minutes after I get home my phone dings multiple times that it's now connected to Android Auto as the AAWireless gets powered on/off.

I've also been able to do screen sharing via Screen2Auto over the wireless connection no problem.

Not all the time
yea that's what I'm worried about. I guess it would be nice to use for short drives but still would need to be plugged in for maybe longer hauls.

It can't even keep up while streaming music via Bluetooth. I can imagine how much Wireless Carplay/Android Auto drains the battery. I'll stick with the cable.

I've taken to your preaching about tidal and its hard to go back to Spotify. my other concern would be if running it wirelessly would tank the audio quality.

That's also a possibility. I may break out a spare android phone and run AAGateway on it again if I get bored to test.
It basically can make a cheap old Android do the Same thing these adapters do. I didn't care for it, so I went back to wired.
