I am once again, looking at this "Preview Order Number" information... are any of you familiar with all of this coding in the header? i.e. Priority Code 19 and Order Code M036 finally... Price Level 215?

Did you receive any emails or anything between the time you placed your order and getting your build week? I placed an order with Ford Woody Anderson Ford three weeks ago and I haven't received any emails from Ford confirming my order. I was thinking of going by there tomorrow to see if I could get a printout or something. I just want to make sure the truck is ordered.

About 4 months just to finish the 80,000 so far ordered

Only about 30k of the 80k have actually been turned into orders according to my dealer Long Mac in Salina,Kansas.

The only email I received from Ford, was the one that included the VIN number confirming the order. I did not get the email that specified the Build week. I went into Anderson Ford and asked the front desk on the status of my order. I was provided a screenshot printout of their ordering system showing the options and build week of 9/21. When I originally placed my order at the dealership, I had to provide my drivers license and a $100 deposit. They gave me a print out of the DORA with the order code number. I noticed others as well are not getting those emails either, so I created an account at Ford.com and used their "Chat Option' and they also confirmed my order. I believe the dealership can manually trigger the email to you with the VIN. Along with the VIN and Order Code on the DORA, you can check status. I went to the location on Hwy 53 and talked to Alan Hulsey, who provide me with the printout.

My dealer did not require me to made a deposit either. I did call and they gave me an order number 6003. Not sure what to do with it though.

Use that order code along with the VIN and enter those into the tracker.

Luckily I was only 10 minutes from the house and turned back around. I would have felt better if the dealership had sent me a screengrab, texted a picture, order number, something to show my order was placed. I even asked the dealership to add my email address to the order so I could see the order in my Ford account, crickets. The dealership has been responsive to the three total emails I sent which is a positive. One email to submit my order, a second email with my driver's license, and a third email requesting the status after three weeks. The dealership just never provided the information I asked for concerning my order.

I would go one step further and go to their local website, and respond to their automated Chat request asking for the VIN regarding your order number. Then you can use the online tracker at both this site and the official Ford's.

Yes i called back and got a different rep. he confirmed my order.

I am on hold now. Their menu options changed. The numbers 1 and 4 no longer work. You have to talk to the computer to get "Your call is important to us...."

You should get one once you sign your DORA give up your license and firstborn (unless using one of our 3), then no firstborn)

no once the dealer submits your order you will likely get an email from Ford. But not everyone has

I'm in Northern Ontario, Canada and the dealer took a 500$ for my order. 8 emailed my sales rep and he said no updates for VIN until it gets pulled for production.

I'm not expecting my Hybrid Alto Blue XLT Lux until late fall, that's my prediction
