The dealer bullied you, they owe you a truck. There is no condition on anyone's Order Form that delivery will only occur if you finance through them, especially at a very high rate. They bullied you and got you to walk under duress with a false threat that you had to do something that was not on your order. To me that is a fraudulent business practice.
The first thing I would do is demand to speak to the owner of the dealership. If he or she is a chicken sh*t and won't come out, go right to the top. Contact Ford's Assistant to the CEO Jim Farley and ask to speak to him or someone on the Board of Directors. Email and send tweets to all the executives at Ford: https://corporate.ford.com/about/leadership.html
Here is a descendant of Henry Ford that is on the Board. Alexandra Ford English is her name. She should be disgusted and embarrassed on behalf of Henry himself about your experience.

This link shows the Board members, including people involved with organizations such as Catholic Charities, John Deere, MetLife, Dartmouth College, and Dell. If they do nothing after hearing about your situation, that can easily be interpreted that they are complicit enablers of future bullying by Ford dealers and even at their own firms.

Post a YouTube video about what happened to you directed at Farley and the Board. Make them all very uncomfortable.
Take your order form to a lawyer. I bet the dealer will not want to explain to a court judge why your original order (that did not require financing) meant nothing when you went to pick up a truck that was built just for you under your name and DL#.
If your truck is already sold, I am sure Farley or one of his underlings can insert your build into the factory queue next week and deliver your replacement truck right to your door. He should also give you a big discount for all of your trouble.
Most importantly, Farley should be very concerned about the bad will his dealer placed all over Ford's name and should publicly apologize to you on his Twitter account so we all can see that he truly cares about his customers. That is what a good leader would do.
