I put my sunglasses here becuase thankfully the POS sunglass holder does not exist when a moonroof does. I rarely use that thing either, but at least it works!

It's where you add oil in the engine! If you look in there, you will also access the oil filter from this location.

Not the Transmission fluid? Seams a little far back for an oil filler on a sideways motor.

My truck is either parked in the garage or I have a windshield screen in place. Sunglasses are safe although I put them on the dash I have a dashmat that holds them fine when not driving. I do put my State Farm safe driver transponder there.

It should. I've always kept my transponder on the dash ontop of a "sticky" non-slip mat since those stupid suction cups always fail after a while and the transponder will fall off my windshield at random times back when I tried to stick it to the windshield like they intended... And it works just fine from the dash so I would assume it would work in that cubby as well.

I had a spare “sticky” non-slip mat that I placed in the dash storage bin so my toll transponder won’t slide around (as mentioned above). I then realized the same mats would work great in the rear under seat storage and bed storage bin for the same purpose.
