It’s nice because it sits right in the sunlight being magnified by the windshield. I hope your sunglasses don’t melt. My can of Altoids was almost too hot to touch. And it’s not even summer yet.

It's going to get ruined by the sun if you leave it there. There's a compartment in front of your map lights for sunglasses.

You really shouldn't, read my comment above. I know it sounds counter-intuitive that the sun would ruin sunglasses, but leaving them there they will be baked by the UV rays for many more hours than they were meant to be exposed if you were just wearing them.

Really? Has yours broken already? I've only used it a few times and so far it's not broken yet. I know the sun visor feels flimsy as hell, I expect that to break in a few years at the most...
