I got an XLT Lux Hybrid in Area 51 with a bunch of options that are on the late arrival lists (spray in liner, splash guards, bed net). My dealer was straight with me when I ordered it July 9th (order confirmed 7-10 via email) that it may be a while before I hear anything, and they thought it would arrive in November/December.

Honestly...kinda alright with this. Get a few out the doors before getting to mine and iron out the kinks. Perfectly happy with my choice for a new car, I got reliable wheels until then, and I can just keep adding to the down payment until then.

Yes. All of it except for the color. Taking it one day at the time...

Velocity Blue Lariat lux, rubber floor mats, splash guard, protective film, bed lighting and window air deflectors. My order was finalized by dealer and email confirmed on 6/10 priority code on my paperwork is 80 (that seems horrible). Talked to dealer today asking about delays and he said "yours is on material hold (like most) but should not have any overall delay in production" I figure I will see it in February.

What actions have you taken so far? You've reserved online, gone into a dealer to confirm your build? Did you receive a confirmation email from Ford?

Add me to the list..Ordered a 2WD XLT , white , with a hitch and the inverter. I had the spray in liner and splash guards but stopped by the dealer today and took them off. I think we are gonna be late getting the trucks anyways , don't want a pair of $200 mud flaps holding it up any longer . In the back of my mind I'm hoping to have the truck by Thanksgiving . I am betting realistically it's next year

XLT lux hybrid . Confirmation on 7/13. V blue, lux, sunroof, and all weather mats, soft folding cover. Have an extra car that I use to teach driver’s education students with so I’m okay to wait.

As a grown up who also totaled his first car, might I suggest that, depending on how it got totaled, he maybe shouldn't have a car for a minute? Perhaps this wait is a good thing?

If you’ve ordered through Tom they’ll lease you a gap vehicle and then buy it out when the Maverick is ready.

absolutely! He is driving the spare car (2002 Ford Winstar) that his sister will begin to drive when school starts. He may begin college without wheels. Which also a good thing, IMO
