One thing interesting is that the top of your window sticker is blue, while the top of mine is green. Was yours always blue? I've never noticed that before.

Anyone know what the window sticker colour signifies?

I think one color is customer order, other color is dealer order.

UPDATE: My service advisor just called me and said a Ford engineer is coming to the dealership today to inspect my car.
Hopefully the issue is sorted out. Did the dealership/Ford engineer advise what the issue was that needed to be repaired?

That is very odd. Your truck is pretty similar to mine. More expensive paint but no moon roof. Curious how I can get myself a front plate bracket like they threw in for you. Lol

I imagine that is a requirement for trucks being sent to Vermont, as we are required to have a front license plate.

This and the catalytic converter issues, I’m leaning towards looking elsewhere which bums me out , really wanted this truck , but like all of us we want to get in our trucks and know they are reliable.
😄 Whatever else you go with, stay away from forums.
Forums will convince you that a Toyota 4Runner is a POS lemon if you hang out there long enough.

The Maverick won’t be as problematic as you think. Even Toyota has had a few small things to resolve with brand new Lexus IS500’s and Toyota Tundras. Issues get resolved and the cars keep going. The warranty exists for such things.

Nope, 2 days and no news. My FordPass app still shows the truck is dead. I'm beginning to get fed up that Ford hasn't offered me any help so far despite 2 customer relations employees contacting me which did absolutely nothing.

I still haven't been paid for the window tint that the dealer scratched while attempting to fix a rattle in January and I had to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. I also have to get paid for the rental car I paid for for the first 4 days before they gave me a crappy EcoSport that doesn't fufill my needs which I need a truck for.

Ford is a pretty crappy company and I regret buying the Maverick. I wish I just bought a Corolla Hybrid instead. There is nobody to complain to. The dealership will tell you to contact Ford relations, ford relations will just put you on hold and say they need to call you back (which they never do), and Corporate wont even respond to a non-investment inquiry.

Really sorry that this is not going well. Very similar to my warranty experience with the last new Ford I bought prior to the Maverick, 1985 F-150. Sadly some things don't seem to have changed. Still holding out hope that Ford resolves this for you though.

This and the overheating cat issue have me reconsidering a Corolla Hybrid as well, rock solid car. Hybrid Maverick is unique, but my experience with Toyota says it may be a better choice. 6-8 months to get one according to the dealer here.

Ours dead as well after a month. We didn't get the deep sleep warning, however. It can be jumped, but not restarted again once stopped without another jump. Had towed to dealer, last I heard there's a possible recall and some part that is (of course) back ordered. Sigh. It's a brand new truck and there are kinks to work out, I get it. Just frustrating.

Thats the exact same issue mine had. Have them check the 12v harness.

Where in the harness is the bad/weak connection? Mine has not had issues, no messages but I only have 500 miles, but had for about 1.5 months.

Yep, they're saying it's the harness. And it's backordered. But it's the battery cable going into the harness but I guess you can't just splice in a new cable, you have to replace the entire (backordered) harness. It was really cool having a new truck for a month.
