🙋‍♂️ What did you do TO / WITH your Maverick today?

Loaded up the Mav with the accoutrements for a ribbon cutting on Friday and dropped it at the location. The bed swallowed it all and I still had room to close my tonneau. Carried the podium, boxes of stands, bases, moving dolly, cart, and vinyl balloons. So nice to not have to play Tetris loading it all in a sedan.

Thanks! That sounds like a good reason to have them! I think my FE has small flaps on the front of each wheel well. Well I have to take those off to put the other fenders on?

Window tint - check! Legal 35% on front, Legal Limo on rear sides and back. Will come in handy on those 117 degree summer days!
Went with the ceramic too .....

How was adding the assist? I want one for mine when it comes, but I’m not very handy.

3 young guys at Jacksons in Scottsdale did the tint job. They were all freaking out over how cool the Maverick was. The main guy was insisting he must have one lol.
He said he knew a guy that did conversions to be a convertible. He was enamored with the idea of having a Maverick like mine, lower it, and put a rag top on it to be a convertible.
I have to admit, it would be wicked cool. Not my particular style, but can you picture that?

Oh yes I can imagine it!! I want to lower mine about 1-2", I don't know about doing a rag top, but I'd bet it would look cool!

Ordered Covercraft DashMat, black carpet material. My reason; Hot summers and glare. 59.53 with CA tax from Realtruck.

Fits good and I know they last. Our 2016 Prius has one on it since new.

Unibody construction. Removing the roof would SERIOUSLY threaten body integrity. One would feel the flex in just everyday driving.

Oh yeah I didn't even consider that, I'm still thinking traditional truck construction.

We moved into our new house and I needed some new cabinets for the garage to organize my tools. Lucky enough, I have a new truck. 8 upper cabinets carried, 39 MPG, two kids in the back seat. Loving my Maverick!

As a note: This was after I had already taken the multiple ratchet straps off
