Order priority of 2 means it’s scheduled and so CANNOT be changed. Dealer should have told you.
Yeah they unfortunately didn't tell me that. Does priority code 2 mean it could still be done as a 22? Or still possibly pushed to a 23? I have no vin or build date yet

I believe my DORA shows: Type: Retail, Vehicle Line: Maverick, Order Code: 0125, Priority Code: 19, Model Year: 2022, Price Level: 225
Just so; DORA does not prove on way or another if dealer completed COVP for this retail order. Who knows?

Hum, so i just did a local inventory within 100 miles of my zip, 11 mavericks came up (3-Lariat 8-XLT) all but 3 had Lux Pkg and CP360, all but 2 were Dealer Inventory (customer ordered ones have green outline on window sticker). Assume similar results over the whole country and it just raised an eyebrow seeing the long constrained options just happening to be on dealer stock orders you know will have ADM added, but they want us to remove from our orders. Not worth much, I know, but I had to vent a little. Sorry bout that.

This advice from Ford does not square with the analysis of production scheduling posted in another forum. They found the ratio of Lariat Lux scheduling to Lariat non-Lux so far this year is about 10:1 in favor of the Lux. So it seems like Ford Marketing does not know what Ford Manufacturing is doing. So to delete the Lux package from your Lariat trim, as Ford Marketing advises, would likely extend completion of your build 10x. And it would make practically no difference for XLT.
1. The ratio for scheduling has been 10:1 because the ratio of Lariat Lux orders to Non Lux is 10:1. Scheduling at the same ratio as orders makes sense and means neither one has been getting scheduled faster than the other.

2. Ford is now looking forward at what they can schedule under expected supply constraints. What if this means Ford can now only schedule a 5:1 ratio or 3:1 ratio of Lux to Non Lux? Then the Non Lux will be built faster unless they reduce the order ratio, which means dropping Lux packages.

I ordered at the end of Sept. It's in production. XL with 400 Watt inverter, sibl, floor mats, mud flaps, 4 k tow, and wheel upgrade with AT tires(Canadian option). Last I heard it was waiting for a chip. Is this thread stating my truck could not be a 2022 but turn into a 2023?
No. They are looking at unscheduled orders and concluding they aren't going to be able to get them all built in '22. It shouldn't affect any trucks in production or already scheduled.

I have a build date for March 21st, just changed from Feb 28th. Should I be worried? Or the fact that I have a build date I’m good..? Also I’d get rid of CP360 to get it faster but I’m not allowed to make changes now

I also noticed this also; perhaps because I have ordered a Lariat without Lux and only the 360 as an option. Certainly does not agree with recommendations for option deletions!

The data from the 5500+ Maverick orders registered on this forum show 68 percent of Lariats ordered were non-LUX

Did all Ford dealers get this? Asking since my contact at Chapman said they did not receive the email, and they are still telling me that taking my bed extender off my order will likely push me to MY23. Everything I am reading, removing the bed extender constraint, Ford now taking order dates (August 14th) into priority, and larger volume dealers (Chapman), is telling me to get them to take off the bed extender and I should be top priority!? So confusing, do I trust the dealer and leave it on, or trust all the information out there? Could it be possible Chapman did not receive the email? If they didnt, maybe they have priority and I should not remove it? Haha
I’ve been looking for this answer as well. I contacted my salesman who I am pretty close with and he made it seem like he had no idea what I was talking about. He talked with the sales managers and said they have not heard anything except the scheduling of Mavericks will continue to be slow. About 30 minutes from Allentown pa is where I ordered, assuming you are Chapman from Philly area.

I contacted my dealer in So Cal (Orange County) and they said no more Hybrid builds. Their allocation at this time was 10 per month, and around 235 orders since the orders started. He said if I want my Mav earlier I would need to remove the LUX package on my XLT. Also said CP360 is not a constraint. I ordered in Jan 2022 (ECO) and he suspects July Aug. 2022. They are not receiving stock orders. I suspect maybe more allocations as time goes through Spring and summer. Good Luck to all
