Yeah the bed rail caps are cheap as hell, and towards the tailgate end it kinda just stops and it looks unfinished (at least on mine)

As someone who isn't disposed to messing with electricity and wires, am really disappointed with the cab outlet's potency. Brought an air blower from home to dust the gap beneath the rear window and above the bed, as it was too small to stick fingers in there with a cloth. This little handheld duster was too much for it =X

400 watt wasn't enough. Ford, are you listening.

Most manufacturers install absolutely silly inverters on trucks, what the eff are you supposed to do with 400watts if you work in a trade? The factory cost for the inverter honestly is kind of reasonable but for a couple of hundred dollars more you can install a really great true sine wave 2,000 watt inverter which could actually power something useful.

interesting. I wonder if this is something that the Ford dealership can do to have it not void the warranty.

I don't think it has anything to do with being afraid of a little color. It's the particular color in question that may be a bit much.
I found it somewhat distasteful to have blue with orange accents until I noticed my blue jeans have orange threads...

I suspect that a lot of the sales effort of the Maverick is aimed at people who may not realize that many [most?] construction electric tools require a multiple of 400 watts to function satisfactorily...

Yep, it seems to be an entry level hook by Ford and they didn't upgrade it it for xlt, lariat packages...amazing. But on the bright side from this forum others have said that it is upgradable to a 2000w. That makes it compatible for construction for those that need it

Update: It was only commented that 2000w would be more usable.
Sorry I really spoke way out of turn here.
After a little research it seems to go with higher wattage the alternator, battery, and wiring needs to have that capacity to handle it.
Most talk about a duel battery setup....this makes me lose interest for now.
Here are a couple of videos for more enlightenment.

I think I read somewhere that some of the late F-150's have a 2000w inverter. If so is it a straight change-out to upgrade the Maverick inverter???

Has anyone posted about upgrading the inverter? I don't recall seeing anything 🤔

The only thing I can think of is selecting driving mode every time I start the truck wish it would remember my preference setting, beside that I’m very pleased with the maverick hybrid
