Hole in catalytic converter. Is it factory? (Edit: it's the muffler and it's normal)

I noticed water like liquid pouring out of this hole under the vehicle, what I assume is it is the catalytically converter. I just want to know if it is factory or if its not suppose to be there. Thanks for any help.

That's not the catalytically converter nor the catalytic converter, it's the muffler. See these 2 threads.

2) Completely normal

It's the Cadillac Converter.
