Ford has pretty consistently been inconsistent with information through this. I don't think all the various parts of Ford communicate with each other. No wonder they can't communicate with customers.Yup…especially if trade-in values decrease while Fords’s interest rates go up (that you thought you’d get when ordering 7mo ago), each causing a financial hit to ppl that should have the truck by now.
I don’t understand these delays as I thought once it is scheduled, they’re supposed to have everything to produce it (blend date etc.). So if we not only have scheduled trucks, but IN PRODUCTION dates stamped on our tracker, how could a shortage come into play?
I’ve lost money in depreciation for sure. Driving me nuts as that was part of the reason I wanted to upgrade. Taking advantage of my higher than normal resale value.Yup…especially if trade-in values decrease while Fords’s interest rates go up (that you thought you’d get when ordering 7mo ago), each causing a financial hit to ppl that should have the truck by now.

God bless you Tim!It's just a hybrid issue, if you look at the orders being moved they are Lariat with Luxury Packages. I will talk about it tonight.
It is the location where the train (rail) picks up the vehicles.S
Sorry for my lack of knowledge but what does ramp mean?
Sounds like it's not a recall issue, but a having nothing to recall issue. Gotta make stuff to recall stuff.
Mine is a Lariat Ecoboost not hybrid with a luxury package priced at $35k and I just got bumped from 2/24/22 to 4/9/22. Skipped right over March. It is built and waiting for PCM modules to be turned on. I literally just called yesterday and she said the 2/24 date was more likely the ship date...does t seem like it should take 5 weeks from ship date to delivery. Seems like they'd want me to pay for the truck since it's one of the pricier models. Hoping it's a glitch in the system and will be updated soon. My hubs ordered a luxury Ram in October and took delivery in December....It's just a hybrid issue, if you look at the orders being moved they are Lariat with Luxury Packages. I actually called Ford and asked the lady after she told me the same news as always if there was a hybrid problem. She said yes - chips. They have no chips. Apparently hybrids take more chips than the ecoboost. What has the dealership said about the delay? I'm wondering if it's a transportation issue and not a Maverick issue.
Same for me'I've seen a few posts from folks whose February delivery date has just today been delayed until May -- a three-month delay.
This is for trucks that have already been built, according to the tracker or the dealer's Vehicle History report.
Has anyone heard anything that would explain this?
(Mine went from 2/3/22 to 5/4/22. I'm in Tucson, Arizona -- 70 miles from Nogales where the train crossed the border -- so my truck would get off the train pretty much at the first stop in the USA. It doesn't seem like there should be much of a transportation delay.)
[EDIT] My truck is a hybrid, as it says in my signature. I don't know about the others.
OK I do not know nuttin but I think a month or two back someone was having a problem with his rail car sitting in a rail yard after crossing into USA. I looked up lots of things and it appears that the railroad was building multiple Xtra long trains in California to travel east and I think his car finally made it to California PRESUMABLY to be placed in a shorter train which was linked with others to form a longer train to travel east on mainline and dropped off when it traveled through Tucson (presumably had to have a certain number of cars to be dropped at Tuscon to merit the stop). I also expect an increased number of rail shipments due to truck driver situation but maybe few maverick are convoyed due to covid related issues). I would also consider that feds push to get ships unloaded and containers distributed country wide might cause delays for some rail traffic to clear mainline for through traffic. Note that depending on total length and weight of a train a "cooling off" resting period is required before another train can traverse the same track. Also can the railroad find enough cars and get them to the plant or other load point for the mavericks. WHO KNOWS!I've seen a few posts from folks whose February delivery date has just today been delayed until May -- a three-month delay.

Mine was moved 90 days and has already been in production for a month. XLT FX4 2.0 AWD 4K, NOT a hybridIt's just a hybrid issue, if you look at the orders being moved they are Lariat with Luxury Packages. I will talk about it tonight.
