2024 XLT Hybrid. Starting third year of ownership early June. Just under 5K miles; avg 40.8 mpg. Garage kept and winter stored on battery minder. It is only driven from May though October. Mostly a fun vehicle. I have not hauled much.

no issues other than the recalls and the infamous "thump" at 13mph when breaking.

2024 Hybrid, just broke 20k, The bright red rust at behind each tire. The inverter is not working, mileage in city is nowhere near 40MPG, usually around 35MPG.

2022 Ecoboost 93,000

Biggest issues - having to do all the maintenance myself because the dealer wants $120 for an oil change and $1500 for rotors and pads

Driver seat headrest adjustment plastic piece broke 1st year
Paint got a bunch of chips in the 1st year - paint probably wasn't cured properly
Drivers seat frame has a clicking issue when I move - something metal on the frame bent or broken
Entertainment center still freezes a couple of times a year
Recalls recalls recalls

Maintenance I do at home -

Rear Diff Fluid
PTU Fluid
Transmission Fluid
Oil Changes

Going to have brake fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant done at 100,000 as I hate messing with all those fluids.

Just did front rotors and pads at 92,000 - pads had 35-40% left but since I had everything apart I just went for it and did them.

Rears seem to wear faster than the fronts I think - planning to do those shortly.

I keep seeing people online swear these trucks won’t last… meanwhile some of y’all are already putting insane miles on them with little to no issues.

Honestly I lowkey think the Hybrid owners are gonna end up outlasting everyone

Prove me wrong.

Bonus points if the truck still somehow looks showroom clean after all those miles.

2022 Hybrid XLT, bought used in June 2022 with 4k miles.
Just rolled past 65k yesterday. Original 12v battery, tires replaced at 43k. Had the axle shafts done at 35k, local Ford dealer got me a loaner for two weeks while they waited for parts.
Lifetime avg is 46.8 mpg, I calculate it every fillup.

Ive got 153000+ on my 22 maverick xlt ecoboost tow package and offroad pck. Ive still havnt cleaned the valves although I think it needs it

• Year : 2024 When I purchased it it was still under a recall notice and couldn't be released to me. It was March 2024 when I tool possession.
• Hybrid or EcoBoost: Hybred.
• Current mileage: I keep a spreadsheet with my mileage. @15518 miles, I average 42.03 miles per gallon.
• Biggest issue so far (if any): None. There is currently a recall for the trailer lights. Otherwise... no issues.

Also curious:

• highest mileage Hybrid? After just pver a year, I have 15.5k miles on the vehicle. My MPG ranges from the high of 48 mpg and as low as 36 mpg.
• highest mileage EcoBoost?
• who’s STILL on original brakes/tires?: Still original.
• who’s had the least problems?: If we count 0 issues then I am in that group for now.
• who actually USES their truck vs garage princesses : Daily driver and utility vehicle. I work in an office but do a ton of big DIY projects.
