Anyone else out there make regular use of N?

I love the regen. My frugal nature hates waste and the regen fixes that. For the very few times it shows me too much a little light throttle is pretty easy.
I just wish it would default to 'Eco' mode.

I'm exactly like you, drive very conservatively & use Eco mode mostly for regen. As far as Eco by default, no way yet to change default I'm aware of. However, after pressing 'Start' Button, a 2 second msg pops up on my 25MY screen asking if I want to return to Eco mode "Yes" or "No". You can quickly return to last used mode vs Normal this way. But you must be quick, the option to return to last mode is short duration.

When I park and there is a curb, I creep up to the curb slowly. I feel that bumping a curb will adversely impact alignment. I use "N" to assure there is no pressure on the front tires due to the curb. Okay so I am a little weird, but I do that all the time, so it's a habit...good or bad.

I disabled seatbelt warning with ForScan immediately after purching my 25MY hybrid in 2025, so front/rear seatbelt warnings are non existent. But we wear them always. I'm now guessing after your comment that the default seatbelt warning may mask (override) the msg to return to previous mode, so many may not see? Never thought to video it, assuming all knew. That's why this forum is so great. We share, and sometimes assume. Glad you brought that up.

I think that's a good thing.
I use a block under my carport to let the truck be positioned so all the doors clear the support posts on the sides of the carport and after rolling back, I shift to neutral and release any pressure on the drive system before going into park and eBrake.

I hated it at first but now I love it. While sitting in drive-troughs, my forearm is resting on the console compartment and fingers are resting on the dial. I use neutral to prevent brake creep. When the line moves up, click into gear. Click-Click. Shift handles are clunky IMO.

If I bump up to the curb I put it into neutral to take any pressure of it before I put it in park so there's no load on the pawl. And, I don't like that "thunk" when I take it out of park later.

Find a parking lot with a few vacant spots. Pull into one imagining the left side of the white line as the point the curb starts to curve upwards thinking about the outside of the tire. Get out and see where the tire is in relation to the white line. After about six times you should have a feel for where the tire is. Then when parking where there is a curb or anywhere for that matter pick the place you want the tire to be placed. Also you could position with head centered at steering wheel and use the edge line between hood and fender as a reference point to get a feel where the tire is.
You can also work on positioning all four tires centering truck between white lines and front bumper at a preferred distance from end of spot. (With a little practice you should be able to turn into a parking spot with truck front and rear wheels centered and same distance from white lines).

I also am conscious of the Park Brake Pawl, especially after the Mav recall on this. I prefer foot brake, then Neutral, Park Brake, then exit. No dependence on just the Parking brake pawl holding. Holds true on other vehicles besides Maverick. Some will argue that's a lot steps when you could dial in "P", then exit. True, but I'm very old, cautious & in no hurry.

Spot on. I use Park mode only on level ground. On incline, exactly as you.

Scraping your rim is a bigger risk than alignment. If you think of the stresses merely driving places on the all the front end components, parking ain't nothing.

And I've need been to any auto mechanic or dealership where I wasn't pulling and clunking the damn car out of Park and into gear upon return. They never use the parking brake, let alone set it in N first. To a man, they fucking suck at their job.
