I did a fly and drive with Granger for my 25. They picked me up at the airport, did the deal in an hour and stayed with mom for a couple weeks, then headed home. I would buy from Granger again. I worked with the gentleman that just passed away. He was a very nice guy to work with. I'm sorry for your loss.

I just picked up my 2025 Lariat Hybrid and overall I had a good experience. The sales gal I worked with was awesome!

Only problem I had is that I wanted to do a Ford extended warranty. The finance guy was only interested in selling his 3 tier package bundles.

Instead I went with his most basic package they offered, but I still feel the Ford extended warranty would have been better and cheaper option overall.

Once I get back home I'll do some research and reach out to Grainger if I don't like what I find.

It was rather comical to have someone use high pressure sales tactics on someone who has been around the block many times.

Thank you for your words and I am glad Samantha did well I am sorry to hear about finance as that is not our practice or how I want customers to feel.

I ordered over the internet for the 3% deal and at the time it saved me over $1,000. (less than local dealer)...flight was $300+. Great advantage is no price haggling...get a firm price. No sales rep involved, just texting spec's back and forth. Had an EXACT price and check in hand so no haggling. Picked me up at airport...installed FordPass and CarPlay, showed me how to use them and I was on the road within 2 hours. Pleasant 400 mile trip home was a min-vacation... The last 7 vehicles I have purchased were over the internet...

So much less hassle!!!!
