Why turning the steering wheel slightly will restart the engine after stop start has shut it off?

At the risk of a total thread hijack - I get that. Bernoulli's theorem (taught almost universally as why things fly) doesn't cover a lot of things like ground effect, symmetrical airfoils like on at least one Pitts version (that oddly enough flies faster inverted) etc.

Kites are a special case as they pull against the tether.
Hmmm??? And all this time I thought it was my reflex action pulling the kite string harder when it went into a dive!!!

those things actually"plane" the air angle of attack, consider most kites, not all laws are immutable.
It’s pulled into the air because of a very low mass and the elevator is set to climb slightly.

The Air Force proved with the F-4 Phantom that if enough horse power was applied you could put wings on a brick and make it fly.
Just saying~~~

heard that from a "Marine" Gunney" who used to work on the electronics in the cramped cock pit.

Kind of like pigs.

Making them fly is simply a matter of sufficient thrust . . .
