How to disable Auto Stop/Start?

Is there a way to disable this feature full time? My cousin found a way on his F150, but the method won’t work on the Maverick.

Yes they sell ASS eliminators and it can be done through Forscan. Lots of threads on this via the search function.

There’s a bit of a learning curve and you have to research the forums here, but it all sounds a lot harder than it really is. That said, proceed at your own risk. And save your “as built” data first!

FWIW I'd spend the $7 more to get the Vgate vLinker FS and not have to dicker around with a physical switch for shifting between CAN networks and is recommended by the FORScan devs.

I debated on getting that one, but vaguely remember reading that some folks had trouble with forscan recognizing the correct can bus... but it was a while ago so who knows iirc. I can't remember what I had for breakfast most days.

I have two night lights plugged into the AC outlets in the back seating area and the bed. I think the
truck sees a current draw on the AC inverter output and prevents Auto Start/Stop.
