Bought at 60, and turn 63 this week....my 1st truck, and my 1st Hybrid. Makes grabbing bags of mulch, 24' ladder (13' collapsed), and deck boards so much easier. - I bought a 5-6 foot bed extender to help.

Great vehicle to commute to work, yet haul items when needed. Ford may have intended it for younger folks, but lots of middle & more mature buyers.

56 year old female here - I drove a 2002 Ford Sport Trac for 14 years, had ZERO issues with it and loved it so much, so when I first laid eyes on the Maverick, I knew that's what I wanted next and have no regrets!

I saw a younger lass in one the other day, though I am getting to that age where everyone under 35 looks like a kid, so wild guess, 25ish.

Good choice, I have DART pro series one heads on my stroked 351 (408) in my 1968 Mustang 488 hp and 484fpt. Works well in a 3200lb with me in it car.

Nah, it's all good. I'd never find another in Eruption Green and I love 'Fern' (named after my sister who has always hated her middle name ) I don't take long road trips anymore, just a bit of mild offroading with my pittie mix by my side.

I’m wondering the demographics of the Maverick vs the old Ranger and comparable trucks or even the earlier Courier and its contemporaries. Seems like it may be the same people who bought the 1990s era ranger might be buying the current maverick

My first pickup was a Courier, then a F150.
Next was an F250.
My next, and I hope the last is a 2024 Maverick X LT. I think it is my favorite overall. (I’m 77 years young)

My first was an F150 then a Mazda (Ford Courior clone). That F150 was slightly bigger than the Ranger.

I am 82 and had an '82 El Camino. The Maverick is like that machine, but what's not to like. Great gas mileage, truck bed, drives and rides great , sharp looking and runs like a muscle car.
