Maverick Demographics/Build Form

I used google forms and built a Maverick Demographics/Build Form. This may have been done already but I haven't found it to this degree yet.

(I put this as a response to another forum post but decided to make my own)

I believe it is set so that all respondents can look at the data after completing the form. If not, let me know and I will try to enable that function.

If there are other sections you think I should add/subtract feel free to chime in.

I noticed that you only list choices for ordering. But many of us didn't order our Maverick, we purchased them off the lot from a dealership inventory. Perhaps list purchased from dealer lot as one of the choices
