I received the PIN via Veterans Advantage and my dealer said no problem he would honor it,

Ford can direct you to a dealer that is doing the X-Plan pricing.

It isnt so much that its eligible or not. Most dealers ive talked to are not honoring it. Please make sure to talk to your dealers to make sure they are taking X Plan. My dealer specifically said they were not.

One of our members here he may chime in. Dealer agreed to X Plan at time of order then when vehicle was avaiable said Ummmm we changed our minds plus we are gonna add a bunch of crap you don't want to stick it to you even more.

Yes. At the bottom of the invoice it will have the A Plan and X Plan prices.

Not if you have the DORA. It is a legal sales agreement. Signed by by the dealer.

I just called the Ford Pin generation phone 800-348-7709

They said there are 2 versions of X-Plan, the family and friends which is eligible. Then XP-Plan Partner X plan which is not eligible.

I feel like this Ford employee was confusing A or Z with X-Plan

I'm getting my eligibility from DAV. Can anyone confirm Maverick is eligible from partner X-Plan?

I call Ford about your X-Plan eligibility and I was told that you have been a card carrying member of the DAV for at least 6 months to qualify for the X-Plan. If so call them back with all the correct information and you should have on problems.

My DORA only has MSRP pricing on it. Although I am Ford retiree. So at delivery time I receive Z plan numbers.

It seems that all of the Ford Plans A/X are no longer going under invoice price.

My wife is an AutoNation employee so we got the A-Plan and that was for invoice price. The other plans shown on the printout were all higher than invoice but lower than MSRP.

We saved $504 off of MSRP which is invoice price.

If you are A Plan you DO NOT PAY INVOICE, your dealer should have shown you the special invoice with A Plan pricing. If did not say A Plan you did not get A Plan pricing. I saved $2414 on A Plan. Call Ford with your VIN# and make sure they gave what you deserve.

Hope what was told by the dealer is correct and Ford was very nice on the phone. They did receive my application for the x-plan pin but had not generated one. Told her about being a DAV member and she immediately gave me an X plan pin number.

Called my dealer and he told me to hold on to it. Then I said don't they need it applied before they do the build. He said no and this is how it works. The invoice will come in with the x plan on it and will need to give him the x plan pin number at that time.

That is how it worked when I ordered and recieved my 2021 F150 hybrid

Dealer have to honor X Plan if they say no call Ford immediately and they will fix that problem quickly. If they added anything to your vehicle that you did not order you don’t have to pay for it.

Actually they don't.

They do not have to honor A,Z, X Plan it is totally up to the dealer. I had a relative in Nevada dealer said no AXZ plan. So I called plan headquarters they told me dealer is not required to sell AXZ plan. Find a different dealer.

I called 1-800-348-7709 www.myplan.ford.com A-Z Plan Pricing site and was told AutoNation was a partner with Ford but we needed a 5-character code from HR and use that to generate a PIN code which we then take to the dealer and use to view the True Dealer Invoice along with the plan discounts. The Ford person stated that AutoNation is a Partner with Ford and we should get the X-Plan.

Was the invoice prices I was shown on the DORA at the dealership and which matched the invoice price sheet below (Dealer Invoice w/holdback) not the same as the "True Factory Invoice"?

You mentioned saving $2414 on A-Plan can you break it down to where the savings came from.

The A-Plan was the lowest at invoice all other plans were higher.

A/Z-plan should be closer to something like 3% below invoice.
