Hello, My Maverick is being shipped after waiting 2 years like yourself. My dealer is telling me they don't know about the rebate. Do you have a copy of it or can you provide a link that I can get it myself? Thank you so much.

The Private Offer certificate is in the Ford computer, not an actual certificate. Problems have been with mis-spelled names, changed addresses, etc. not matching the order. Lots of problems listed in various threads. Below is what it looked like in the dealer's computer. Ford extended the expiration on all of these about 90 days at a time. I picked up my Maverick on 3/8/23 and got the Private Offer with no hassle. If the dealer/salesman can't find it, they are supposed to contact their "Inventory Specialist". A little work which seems to be too much work for some.

You can also determine what your certificate number is by your sales info on your DORA:

Another note is that it is NOT a "rebate" and they won't find a rebate for you, only a Private Offer.
