Does this mean that I will have 3 programmed keys? Or does the Ali express key take position #2 and the other Ford key becomes obsolete? To program a new key without FDRS you need 2 keys already programed to the vehicle.
Remove the liner in the bottom of the center console.
You will see a indentation slot to place a key in there, its the back up slot in case the battery goes dead in the fob
.
Keep Foot OFF the brakes for entire procedure
Place the first programed key in the slot & press the start button
Wait 10 seconds & press start button again turning it off.
Within 10 seconds place second key in slot & press start button
Wait 10 seconds & press start button again turning it off.
Within 10 seconds place the unprogrammed key in the slot & press start button
You should see a message on the instrument cluster "Key Programing Successful" & the door locks will cycle

The only place they show key frequency is the sticker on the key or the dealer access section of HvBOM /featuresThe key code is printed on the sticker on the BCM (near the passenger floor fuse panel) perhaps the frequency is on that sticker as well?).
You need to check what frequency your on before ordering anythingI have a 2023 Lariat EB. I'm hoping I'm on the 434MHz. Let's see what happens when I receive the key
