I got Ford's email today that my hybrid XL 360 with hitch receiver and 110v outlet in the rear console is ready to ship! $22,280 includes shipping. That's half the price and 2x the mpg of a full size. If I need more "bed" I will rent a 8-12ft trailer.

I got an XL because this will be for city driving where cruise control is useless.

But i liked being “in production” for 3 weeks. Not! Bring on the hybrids!
Since Ford is unreliable in emails I ask my dealer to email me a snapshot of the "Vehicle Visibility" report showing the FULL History on Saturday's because Ford updates this form on Friday's.
My dealer sent me screenshots showing this report and my white hybrid has supposedly been “in transit” for several weeks now. NOT! Hopefully it will be, soon since it’s been “in production” since early September. Rome may have been built quicker.

Not that I'm aware of, no email from Ford yet. I did reach out to the Maverick Brand Manager with a quick reply that confirmed that "process of shipping hybrid units has begun". They are ahead of December timeline.
Would you please share the number you called.

Good to know. Thank you. Mine was built 9/24 so trying to see where that lands for shipping.

no tax breaks for hybrids - only electric.
and unlikely you can place an order for a '22 as that closed. but check with your dealer, or better yet Tim Bartz.
There are still tax incentives for plug-in hybrids as well, which the Maverick is not.
Tim's the best, he's been amazing through this entire process!
Timmy is just after your $$$. I don’t have any respect for a dealer that adds thousands of admin to their stock units.

I didn't call, I have email access to the Maverick Brand Manager and Maverick Marketing Team because of the videos I've done in the Maverick. I can't give that information to the public.

Sorry but this is just wrong. Tim gives us so much information...and most of us here are not buying from him. We have enough garbage on the forum, don't pile more on please

I have a Maverick Hybrid Truck ordered that should be shipped to me in January 2022.

Based on my experience with 2 Hybrid vehicles that get 40 to 50 mpg on the highway, I have the utmost confidence, that the Hybrid truck will be a winner.

One of my Hybrid cars has 185,00 miles on it. This is the one that usually gets 40 to 45 mpg. I did have to replace the batteries at 85000 miles, but this was covered under warranty. Other than that, the car has runs extremely well.

My only dilemma about buying a new Maverick truck is I will have to get rid of my Toyota 4Runner. This is a great vehicle. It drives well but only gets 16 mpg. It is paid off. Now I will have car payments again.
