No further rumors have been published.
Less than 2 weeks until 12/8 so hopefully as we get closer to that date some leaks will happen to confirm it. If no leaks then it would be time to worry.
With that said I just went into production 11/22 on my Hybrid Maverick and received my window sticker. On it is the EPA MPG numbers and the Greenhouse Gas/Smog ratings and there is no "Do Not Ship/Not for Sale" warning so I believe we are close.
