Definitely sell it. Especially if you do not need two vehicles. Both vehicles are depreciating even if sitting ka-ching. Next just maintenance on the second vehicle tires, exhaust, batteries, belts, light bulbs, windshield wipers, oil and filter, air and cabin filters, again ka-ching. This doesn't even include breakdowns, towing, or car insurance. Even if sitting you should keep storage if it includes fire and theft and broken glass.

I see no reason to keep a vehicle if not being used on a regular basis. It increases dry rot and is not good for a vehicle to sit. Mostly it's a costly expense that could be actually making money. Not much but better than depreciating, losing money. A penny saved is a penny earned.

The Maverick is a great truck IMHO. Many have said "it's all 99% of truck buyers need". I would like to expand on that because it's doing all that for less money. Not only on the purchase price but also in fuel savings. Thanks for posting.

I bought a 2005 Mustang convertible a year ago with 19,800 miles on it. It now has 20,400 miles on it. I got it out Saturday, put the top down, put in a Beach Boys CD and went for a drive. Sometimes a vehicle is for escape not getting to a destination. I pay MORE for insurance than my 2024 Maverick, pay registration, property tax, and insurance will really high coverage amounts because I like owning it.
If you got money to burn, go for it. I have family that have several vehicles Jeeps, Corvette, Mustang GT, 57 Chevy a GM truck with 9ft bed etc. Then again if you got the money go for it. I think it's because at one time i sold vehicles for 10 years, no love just moving metal. Also being frugal that was instilled into me growing up, won't allow me to justify throwing money away. Then again that's just my opinion.

Welp...sold the F150. One day on Bookface. Sold it for the same price I paid for it in Sept. of 2019. Kid that bought it showed up when he said he would and brought cash. Smart.

No need to have two truckletts. Never have considered the f150 a real truck, with the mavs 1500lb payload it will do what you need.

I know some of you older, larger guys are looking for stout steps to make it up onto the tailgate, but those are a little on the overkill side. 😜
Haven’t done any towing with mine yet but I could use those steps for my shed!
