Installed Lincoln engine cover on 2022 Maverick

Recently installed the Lincoln cover on the Mav , picked up a few different emblems on Temu to replace the Lincoln one , went with the turbo chrome with black lettering here are a few pics. Sorry the engine bay needs a detail.

Did the same with mine only highlighted the fins in red. I'm leaving the Lincoln emblem on it in tribute to Commander Cody... With a little poetic license, of course...

I was thinking I would do that but use the Tremor copper color. That looks great though. Well done!

Thank you! I actually used red to match the cover on the positive side of the battery some but more the color I painted the calipers. Also have some Turbo emblems coming for the hood or over the Lariat side badges, whichever floats my boat when I get them.

LoBeau: They are from the MKC or Corsair 2.0 which is the same engine as the Ecoboost Maverick and Escape. Got mine on Ebay but I think new ones are getting a little scarce! I couldn't find a Ford badged one from and Escape so I "Grabbed" this one.

Backin15: There is one bolt that secures the cover to the mount bracket already on the engine and a push/pull knub on the opposite end. Offhand I don't remember the bolt size as I had one in my hardware drawers from another project a couple years ago. The head size is 8mm though.

A short question, I installed the same cover.
I ordered only 1 screw with nut (the left one that we can see in your cover).
The cover has 3 more points of union with the engine (pressing makes them click) but my engine doesn't have anything on one of them.
Did you put/add something in the engine, in the upper right hole?

You need the ball stud part # AA5Z6N958A, paid 22 bucks can. for this . A bit pricey but cover is attached at all corners . You can pick one up on Ebay .
