Sorry for all the OLD posts I replied to. But My experience with @Granger Ford was the BEST and least stressful of any new vehicle I have ever had. Order what you want; have it shipped there. Pick it up, I was in and out of the dealer once delivered (3 months) within 20 mins. No BS. Easiest transaction on a vehicle I have ever had. @Joy should be banned from the Site!!!!!! Or just ban me. I dont care. @Joy to compare apples to cumquats. @Granger Ford specifically say ORDER not what is on our lot. @Joy is Just STUPID

I've been checking my order status screen and there have been a couple recent changes to the last updated date, so I was hoping my truck was getting close to delivered. On a lark, I tried to find my VIN in Granger's new vehicle inventory on their website. I found it and it shows as in-stock rather than in-transit. For a custom order, is the dealer website usually accurate about inventory status? I recall my first Maverick order at another dealer, the salesmen called and said they had it before the Ford order status page updated to delivered.

Ford sends us invoices on every vehicle, even custom orders. Once out back office receives those, that is when either the vehicle information gets put into the system or the customers name if it is a custom order. With the system we use, we are unable to mark it as in transit, so we put SOLD instead. Typically, this happen when the vehicle is in the shipping process. For custom orders, that department is really good at reaching out within 1-3 days after the arrival depending on how many vehicles we receive that are sold custom orders.

Thanks! It threw me off that I could see some that were in-transit, but mine was marked in-stock. I now see that the in-transit vehicles are not custom orders.

@Granger Ford Long time lurker, but just now able to purchase. I just got an invoice today from your wonderful team (almost immediately!), but now it looks likely that the Maverick will be impacted by the 25% tariff starting April 2nd.

So If I place my order this week, will the final price be the quote I was given, or will it include any tariffs that take effect between order and delivery.

Thank you for those words and reaching out! Unfortunately, we have not received any information about how orders will be affected or if only new ones will. I will see what I can find out this week!

Just picked up my lariat Friday from granger. Was a very pleasant experience. Fast and professional. Highly recommended and well worth the drive.

I have been recommending Granger for over 3 years. I have ordered twice with Granger and both times the experience went well. They bent over backwards to make things happen. They have one of the best customer service AND price in the country!!
