I’ve been criticized for paying “too much” for ruff tuff seat covers but they are good. And I got the factory installed hard Tri fold cover. I’ve had good luck with both.

I have a factory spray on liner on my 22 FX4, thinking of ordering a 25 in a few months and if it doesn't come with a bed liner am just getting a good quality bed mat, 95% of the trucks out there don't need a spray-on maybe if its a work truck, you save a lot of money and looks so much better, are you carrying bricks or lumber? I carry groceries. Check out the Weather-Teck in the photo one of our brothers has really nice. Check out the Mabett
seat covers they look nice and looks like easy install, I don't have them, have seen a few videos guys like them, search the site lots of comments on seat covers.

I tried the Mabett covers, fit great but were hot on my back even with the seat perforations, the texture was too grippy almost like a non-slip mouse or phone cover, and any water, liquid or oil stand out as a glossy smudge until completely cleaned off.

I ended up going with Clazzio fitted seat covers after having them in a previous vehicle as well and have (almost) zero complaints. The Clazzio's are almost double the price but include real leather inserts in addition to the vinyl seat body. They are smoother on bare skin, less grippy on clothing, don't show smudges and actually breathe so not too hot in summer months. The only complaint is because the material is less stretchy, it was more difficult to fit around the back corner of the rear seats and took longer to get the rear center armrest cover installed.

Look fantastic though, pics in my build thread here:

Are we hauling air here or do you haul gravel and stone? Sometimes I think Maverick owners just want to blow cash on making a pickup car look cool. I bought the Ford bed mat with Ford points. You really gonna spend another $550 on a bed liner?

Although i’m no contractor I do use my truck for its intended purposes otherwise I’d have a car. Now that being said do you mind me asking did you choose the Ford liner for anyother reason other than being able to use Ford points on it?

Sounds like you want an open-air truck bed with no cover. In that case (and I think it's not the norm here) a SIBL seems appropriate.

I do always think though- can't you wait to see if the paint in the bed gets scratched up and really need a SIBL? Maybe I'm wrong, but trucks never came sprayed in the past. Can't it be done after the bed gets scratched (or not at all)?

Any yeah, I have the Ford BED MAT and it's plenty heavy duty. They have trays and liners too. However, if you want open air bed with no cover (saving some cash), I would only go naked paint or SIBL. No mats, trays or liners with the open bed.
