I'm not the authority, but I suspect not. While it won't be a new vehicle order, it will be a new order for that package. I would bet that your order will be changed to add the new Lux package, which includes drop-in liner. The old package will no longer be available in the configurator.

You should be OK the cutoff was on new orders placed after November 10th.

That's a good question! As I understand it, if you change your order you don't loose your order date so you should be able to get the spray-in liner. However, I wouldn't be surprised if they (dealer, Regional Manager) say no spray only drop-in. If you can post your question to @fordvideoguy he might be able to get you a clear answer.

To HS Dan: didn't think to ask about an email address to short circuit hold time, mostly cuz I got several answers I needed and the unexpected news of the EPA Certs. I did ask "Is this Public Information that can be posted to a Public Forum?" and the answer was "Yes".

I hope this doesn't turn into a "Dewey Defeats Truman" headline...

This is fraud. The Ford website still has the spray-on liner as part of the Luxury package.

Yes, I knew about the drop-in liner replacement when I put my order on Friday. Then over the weekend I saw a video on YouTube where the narrator said great things about the spray-in liner. The the video got me thinking; the Luxury package was not discounted with their substitution, as the a la carte price is $495 for the spary-in versus $375 for the drop-in. This is a text book bait-and-switch.

I'm not going to cancel my order because I really want this truck. But I'm going to have sit Ford Motor Company down and have a little talk about their behavior.

And oh, if the 10 November deadline is true, it gives me another reason to hate our {expletive deleted} local dealership. I made my reservation on Ford's website on the 9th, then kept getting, "Some will call you back" every time I contact the dealership. On Thusday I called the dealership in the next town over. On Friday I had the confirmation message from Ford, before I even signed the paperwork and paid the down payment. And at 7:30 Friday night the local dealership finally called. I didn't answer. If they call back and I answer, well, I've been a Marine and a stagehand, so I can curse quite creatively.

Ordered mine on Oct. 25 and all I have is an order confirmation from Ford, nothing more. No Vin, no scheduled build, no more info. Same for you fellow Oct. order guy?

No, the date is based on when you selected the luxury package. If your order did not have the luxury package and then you try to change your order today, your luxury package will have DIBL not SIBL.

Also if you have the luxury package on order prior to change and remove it and try to add it again you will get the luxury package with DIBL.
