My dealership closed down, but my order as well as my salesperson transfered to another dealer. I've been assured that my deposit followed also. I ordered Oct of 2021, my truck was just built and is at the factory until transport.

I had the exact same thing happen recently in a Toyota 4Runner rental. I believe if you hold it down it counts up more quickly than the car can actually accelerate. I just switched to 1 click per 1 MPH increase desired. Problem solved. If the car could only read my mind....

I got an email from Ford confirming my order. MY dealer asked for a $500 fully refundable deposit when ordering. I ordered Oct 5th and they told me it could be next spring before delivery, but they openly admitted that was a guess.

Since when does anyone take the word of a car salesman? Foolish.

Yesterday my dealer showed me a list of all of their orders with vins displayed, all of the hybrids said TBD next to them. I don't expect mine before spring of 2022. I'm currently driving a 20 year old Toyota Solara, I sure miss having a truck.

I just ordered from Ford of Ventura today, very nice people and zero dealer markup, sticker plus tax and license. Sadly I don't expect to see it until spring.
