FYI, BK21 is the engineering part number if the fourth digit in the prefix is Z that one is the service number.

I used to be able to just pull up the wheel drawings to match size. Don’t forget to think about center bore diameter, people often forget that.

One other note when looking for other OEM wheels you can look at Mazda and Volvo too since these are C1 and C2 based cars.

I don't know why so many people get bent out of shape about the steelies! Guess I am one of the few that like them.

The Transits, are just "Dressing Up" mine...

That's is what I will be doing with the 2nd set of "Steelies" that I picked up, just a few months ago... ;)

That's what I thought too, so I quickly ponied up to buy new rims (see my profile photo), but I kept the steelies as winter rims (a necessity up here). I found the silver jarring with CG, so I painted them with Dupli-Color Wheel Coating in Graphite. For my taste, this was now acceptable and not even half-bad. I think the problem with the steelies is mostly the sparkle silver, which only "works" IMO with iconic silver.
Yeah, the sparkle eventually got to me, so I replaced them with Bronco Sport take-offs.

Although they don't look as cool as the Transit caps, the center caps from a Transit Connect fit with no modifications and can be ordered from your local ford dealer. Part Number: DT1Z1130A.

As mentioned previously in this thread the steelies work best with iconic silver and that's what I ordered. I am drawn to body color wheels and painted my wife's Soul wheels white to match the body. I would do the same with a white Maverick. I don't care for black wheels as the details are lost and there's no contrast between wheel and tire. Why they're popular beats me.

Ya, But the "Part Number" that i was looking for was... 1763878

This is what the auction discription stated:

"1 set (4 pieces) original Ford hub caps
Suitable for original Ford 15"+16" steel rims on Transit/Tourneo Custom from 2012 up to now
Easy assembly by slipping onto the wheel nuts
Color: black, material: plastic
Outer diameter approx. 24.5 cm
Ford part number: 1763878"

And this is what I got...

Not sure what happen here.. But, these caps have the 5/180mm spacing..

Upset, NO
Since, the American Connects did not come with this option.
I was at the start already thinking of ... "Plan B".
It was just a long, long, long shot that I couldn't pass up.

If it had worked! I would have had the problem of (waiting) in replacing one if lost.
As it turned out, I can easily replace one, now by a local source.

Also, I simplified the work on the 'Spacers".
I did spend a few hours on each, filing and beveling them to get the right gap (7/16 in) and the maximum surface area. That way I could ensure that the bonding adhesive would have the greatest chance to hold.
I was relieved when each cap, snapped ON with a resounding "Click"... ;)

Reviving an old thread: are “1763878” and “BK21-1130-CA” interchangeable? I like the look of this center cap, the former number seems to only apply to European listings while the latter populates several options from US sellers on eBay.

For 500 bucks (600 total with installation) you can get a decent set of 4 wheels from Discount Tire or Tire Rack. Mine look pretty amazing and some people think it’s an upper trim truck.

NO
I had purchased the European listing. (Which I had seen images of online)
Thinking that they would work.

The European Ford Transit (Tourneo Connect/Custom)
was suppose to have the same lug spacing, (108mm/4.25") as the American Maverick.

It did NOT.
So, being the DIY-guy. I was determined to see this project though..
And so... the Project and Thread... ;)

Agreed - I’ve been watching FB marketplace for Bronco Sport takeoffs at a reasonable price also.
