Haven't you had your Mav for a couple of years now and you just found it? Or is this just another way to start another "pigtail" thread for the MY25 er's...LOL.Have no idea what this is, or how important it is lol.

Alright, I suppose a better way to put it is "I saw this years ago, but never took the time to ask what it was" I've known it was in there for years, I just didn't know what it was, and it didn't seem like I needed it. But I thought I'd ask after all this time just for fun.
I've never used the rear seat compartment lol. So I saw that cable when we bought the truck, put the seat down, and never really opened it again until today.
All in good fun! Mine sat in my glovebox too until last month when I used it to wire-up a switch, USB, cig lighter combo in the truck bed. They're selling for $25 on evil bay if you need gas money...oh wait, you have a hybrid, so never mind.

Wow. Mine has been stuffed with moving blanket/tarps/bungee cords/first aid kit/flares/basic set of tools since day 1. Tow chains/tie-down straps/safety flags/ect... are all in the bed in their respective ammo boxes.

Hold on. This is great. We get a two-fer. The 12 volt connector for the bed AND the ghost locking of the door in the same thread?? Can we get the dial shifter in here too? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller??!!

All good. I'd rather give a veteran member some friendly hazing than be rude to a newbie asking the same question, honestly... Even if there is a search function that they could literally type in "WHAT IS THIS" and probably get a successful hit on the pigtail.
