I think the latest build starts with a 23. Is that what you have? I assume you're not just relying om the auto updater to work?

The previous build would cause these issues where it wouldn't save settings, radio presets, etc., and that sounds like what you're experiencing.

Unfortunately the same amount of times, we have to reiterate to folks.
They are locking themselves out, by accidentally pushing manual the lock lever on the door when opening it.

This is the behavior seen with most modern Fords when the battery is disconnected to the vehicle. Are you getting any low battery warnings? Do you notice any settings in volatile memory being reset when this happens, such as screen brightness setting? I'm just wondering if power to the entertainment system is somehow being cut off while the vehicle is off.

Do you have the latest software installed? hehe...just kidding.

The reason I keep pressing you is because pressing "update" on the truck doesn't always get you the latest and because the symptom you're talking about is exactly the issue that's fixed in the last build of Sync 3.
