Towed for first time with Maverick + 1959 Aloha Vintage Trailer

I picked up my trailer from storage for the first time with the Maverick today. Even though it was only a few miles home I could tell there will not be a problem towing with the Maverick. Really curious what the MPG will be on a longer trip. Am heading to Joshua Tree National Park next month so will find out. If it's at all better than the 11-12 mpg I got with my F150 I will be happy.

I grew up just over the freeway from Roseville near Rusch Park.

Nice truck and trailer! Is that a "retro" style camper, or an actual older one? My son is looking for small (less than 3,000 lbs) to pull behind his Jeep Gladiator. Thanks!

Thanks. It's a 1959 Aloha. It has been completely rebuilt. Weighs in at 1850 Lbs empty. I think it is the perfect size for a Maverick.

Is the 4k tow package necessary for that kick ass camper? It's right on the edge, weight wise.

Likely to get close to 12 MPG. And with the smaller tank, you will be stopping more often. That's about what I got towing this.

Towing on a highway with a hybrid will keep the engine running. Almost willing to bet the MPG will be similar.
