Awesome first time towing with Maverick -- towed Little Guy Mini Max Camper

I checked this mini max and the Max this weekend. Did you consider the Max? If so why did you rule out the max?

It was a rental. Max wasn't available. Otherwise, I would have chosen it.

We just finished a camping trip this weekend in West Virginia. This was my first experience towing with my Maverick and it peformed incredibly well through the mountains of western Maryland and West Virginia. All the features of the towing package were well thought out by Ford. The camper was a Little Guy Mini Max.

Hello, I was thinking about a purchase of this same trailer (Little Guy Mini Max). has this worked out well towing wise? Any problems? Tows well. Thank you!

I like it a lot. We rented it from a local dealer. If I were buying I'd probably go for the Max version because you have a separate dining area. In the mini max you have to break down the dining area to make a bed. That being said, it is a very comfortable and well appointed unit for something so small. Great for 2 ppl. Towing was really a breeze with the Maverick. It was my first towing experience and I had no problems at all. We camped in the WV mountains which took about 4 hours of mountain driving. Maverick did great. Good luck!
