Agree. I think the turbofan wheels complete the look.

Personally, I would save my $100.
well... let's talk about that a bit. I think the standard 'turbofan' style wheel is very polarizing, much moreso than the 2025 grille/fascia :D , and people either love it or hate it. I'm in the hate camp so I'm either paying for this $100 wheel which is definitely better to me, or I'm selling the turbofans.

the factory 19s are 19x7.5 which is kinda useful for running oversized tires and there are definitely plenty of good summer tires you could pick from in sizes like 245/50-19 or 255/45-19. also some good UHP all-season, but I sure hope Lobos get used for autocross, HPDE, etc and you want summer tires at least.

so I do think it's viable to keep the stock 19s - whichever ones you like - and run those.

(EDIT) and if no one has looked, there are no 17" summer tires that fit a maverick unless it's slammed 4+ inches on coilovers or airbags, and it's not much better for 18" (I think there are 3 255/55-18 summer tires and I have one of them mounted on my factory wheels.) The availability of many choices for summer tires in a 19 is a huge deal for Lobo and Lariat.

I am also not a fan of the turbofan wheels. I was hoping the optional wheel for Lobo would have been unique (like the turbofan is). This wheel is the same as Lariat black pkg.

I think it would be highly effective to remove the stock tires, sell locally for whatever you can get (probably 100-250, maybe more if you're very lucky) and then sell the turbofan wheels here, fb, whatever. I would not be surprised to see the turbofans go for $750+.

The turbo fans are "fine". The optional wheel would have been better as another Lobo-specific option, agreed.

The waterfall grill on the other hand "barf"! If went Lobo I'd straight trade for an XLT grill. What a doofy look that doesn't go with the rest of the modern styling.

huh. I wonder if the Tremor grille fits? lower fascia is different, but everything above the upper bumper cover should be the same, I think... ?

As I told a Toyota salesman one time twenty plus years ago when the Avalon had it; " it reminds me of an old Buick".

It’s just the BAP wheels nothing to do with Lariat.

Ok i think you might be on to something. That Tremor grill (I never looked at it b/c i'm not interested in it) looks great! Body matching that orange bar could look really good... hell, or even just silver! I wonder if the sensor cover comes with the grill or if that's a separate part.

As I told a Toyota salesman one time twenty plus years ago when the Avalon had it; " it reminds me of an old Buick".
Yup, agreed! The only cars i think it works on are the old Fords when made into hot rods or rat rods.

The turbofan wheels will be hard to get, so it wouldn't make sense paying Ford extra money for these.
I'm sure you could find people willing to trade these + cash for the turbofans.
