They are ok what I like:
1. They fill the wheel well gap more..Ive always been a 4x4 look guy ive never been the slammed lowered rider truck type guy.. i get thats a thing and the rubberband big tires lowering springs are a thing.. its just noy MY thing

2. What I dislike:
1. The rubberband tire type thing personally im a 15" rim 31x10.50 type guy... id rather have the smaller rim and the tire height filling up the wheel well.. I also get this isnt quite as popular as it was in the past either.

I like less gap I dont like that that gap is filled by more rim not more tire. Id pass. When I saw 18" on mine I was hesitant at first then when I found out that I actually could add a bit more tire height even with my 18 to help fill the gap and not rub and I was happy(I was told 65 235/65/r18 would fit and thats what I planned on going with...making the tire taller and only slightly wider(dont need it hanging out of the wheel well width wise) so tires filling the gap not rim and rubberbands)

I'm wondering how the Lobo is lowered.

Does it have shorter springs and shocks/struts?

At first glance, I'd never guess it was any lower than stock...

An inch lower maybe???

lobo part #s are active yet in parts.ford.com so it's not easy to find them unless you work at a dealership.

I believe it has unique springs and struts. as far as the struts actually being shorter, I doubt it but we won't know until someone measures.

it's claimed to be .8" lower. I would expect someone to take a new lobo and try to put 22-24 lowering springs on it immediately, lol.

.8 of an inch?

No wonder it's not noticably lowered...

the Tremor is only lifted an inch, also. so Ford didn't get aggressive with either of them, probably to ensure that the suspension geometry stayed within tolerance without needing new control arms.

my theory is so they wouldn't have to make new rear tow arms and stuff. basically the lowest it can go without negative camber or something
Yeah, I'm running coilovers as low as I could go without tire rub.

And the alignment isn't perfect...

Pictures make them look smaller. Wonder if we can put a wider tire on the oem wheels to fill in the gap a little more.
I am confident 245/50-19 and 255/45-19 would both work.
