I won't be able to take the measurements tomorrow. I will, however, get them for you on Saturday. If you don't see a reply by 12 PM PST, ping me to remind me to post the measurements you asked for here.
No rush. And thankyou!

Very good write up. Myself I am trying to get a level rack surface. I think I am going to put a single Yakima rack across the cab then make a platform that mounts directly to the topper rails out of that 2020 aluminum extrusion kit stuff.

If you get the chance do you think you could measure how far the tops of your cab Corebars are below the MX factory installed mounting tracks/rails.

I will also have the caps curve to contend with but I have a lot of scrap aluminum from a dock bridge to make spacers out of.
I have a 22 inch height Xtrusion XR1 rack and one Yakima aero bar centered over the back door . The height of the rack and bar are a perfect match . I have a RTT on top spanning the three cross bars .

Ok thanks, that 22 inches is measured at the top of your rack? If so that may work out decent the top of my topper rails are 22 -22.5 inches from the bed rail. I could build a platform that spans over all the topper and part of the cap with minor shimming. Mostly we just need something to haul minor lumber runs and such as well as the occasional surfboard.

Yes that is to the top, but it does sit up a bit in the pockets . so 22 and a half may be perfect . My Yakima rack is the Baseline FX 2XL .
