XLT Lux Pkg current vs original

Well just got to see the window sticker on the Maverick I ordered and it shows that they changed SIBL to drop in liner. It was my understanding that if you ordered the SIBL before Ford made the changes to the LUX pkg and made it a drop in liner, then SIBL is what you would receive and your Lux pkg would be what you originally ordered before the change. I ordered in Nov 2021 before Ford changed the Lux pkg. If they took off the SIBL then I'm wondering what else was changed. Were there any other changes to the original Lux pkg for the XLT? Shouldn't there be a discount to the Lux pkg for Ford changing my SIBL to DIBL? Wonder what else they omitted?

Guess this thread can be deleted as I answered my own question. Thought that there were more changes to the late Lux pkg besides DIBL in place of SIBL. I did an XLT build on Ford's website with Lux pkg and it looks like only the bed liner was changed and nothing else changed or omitted.
Again, I was told by a dealer on YT (Not the dealer I placed the order with) that I would get the SIBL because that is what I originally ordered before the changes were made to the Lux pkg with later orders. Well Can see now that that isn't true. Not happy with it, but I can live with it and can always get a spray in bed liner from a shop in my area. Will cost me more $$$, but oh well.

I ordered before the change, was assured by a Ford rep (phone call to Ford marketing) that I would get the spray in, and my window sticker shows spray in. Not sure why yours would be any different…

My Jan order XLT lux will be equipped with a DIBL. To be honest, they don't look bad. Im not unhappy about it.

I ordered Dec 20, 2021 and was told that the lux pkg would be a drop in liner due to spray in constraints. I believe there was a slight price adjustmet, a different number or suffix for the package, and I am very happy with the drop in. ET from order to delivery was right at 6 months.

Order went in on Nov 2. Order shows SIBL.

I’m still wondering if that Lux package with the SIBL is keeping people’s orders in purgatory.

Has anyone gotten the factory SIBL at all since they switched the Lux packages?

I think Some people have gotten recent orders delivered with SIBL. I don't know, maybe they switched mine to DIBL to get it done sooner. Seems no rhyme or reason. Guess anything goes now. If they weren't going to give me the SIBL I ordered, they could have put no liner in and discounted me some $$$ for it and I could have used the money to pay for a SIBL locally perhaps. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise as now I won't have to worry as to whether or not my gas tank is going to get drilled into by accident.

Good, that's what you should have received. Whatever your window sticker shows is how it was built. If it shows DIBL, someone changed it.

Was your build sheet copy an actual DORA with order/sales number and the like? IIRC both Luxury packs existed concurrently in the WBDO system as the SIBL version was being phased out. I suppose not impossible they could have generated a preview DORA with the SIBL (or gave you some other build receipt) and then got an error trying to actually submit so switched to the DIBL but didn't notify.

I remember there was a bit of confusion in the transition because dealers were selecting one and thinking the Luxury Pack was sold out when WBDO kicked it back as not available.
