I picked up my Maverick last month. I am fairly certain that I received the original quoted price from when I ordered, as well as the X-Plan discount.

Update: Dealer was able to work it out with Ford and should be getting original X-Plan pricing as expected.
Will be picking up truck and finalizing tomorrow!

Ask for the the True factory invoice or call the number tomorrow.
Hi. Are you implying that there may be different invoices? A True factory invoice and a different one the dealer might show you? Expect to get delivery by the end of the month, and I want to be prepared. Thanks.

Would really like to hear your follow up after you pick up your Maverick. My dealer agreed to the X plan a week or two after I ordered without knowing I had access to X plan pricing. So, although I know the invoice pricing, pre price increase, I'm wondering what I'll be presented with once I take delivery hopefully by the end of the month. Good luck tomorrow! And, thanks.

Quoting what the lady from the x-plan number said and she stressed "True Factory Invoice" twice.

I just got my Maverick today and I was xplan and the price protection. I ordered in June and the Lux package went up like $200-300 by the time it was built. The dealers invoice was a couple hundred higher then my build sheet and they had some price protection sheet that showed the difference coming off. So you can get both xplan and price protection.

Picked up my Maverick today! At this point, deserved shoutout to Kearny Mesa Ford.
Was able to get the price-protected X-Plan pricing as I should have! I trusted the dealership and Ford to do right, and it sounds like they scrambled to get it done.

Good news for you! Enjoy your Maverick. I'm hoping my dealer does the same in a couple of weeks.

I got my Lariat on Friday 3/11 on X-Plan and got the price protection. I did save a PDF from the X-Plan site of my build with the x-plan pricing and showed that to the dealer to speed things along.

Here's a link with more details on my situation.

I'll just throw this out one more time for those buyers that it might apply too.

I don't know if you watch @fordvideoguy 's livestreams on YouTube, but he indicated that the Price-Protection system they use is independent of the X-Plan discount, therefore the two are incompatible with each other. Believe me, I would love to be able to combine those two, but I don't think the dealers are allowed to.
I mentioned the price protection shortly after the price changed and a few times after. They finally gave me the out-the-door number with the X-plan and it was within $14 from what I calculated using my original X-plan quote.

They are independent but that should not make them exclusive of each other. The price protection is for the dealer not the consumer, so the dealer fills out the paper work and gets the price difference from Ford.

That said, once you add the X-plan admin's cost in ( $275) difference between X-plan and the price-protected MSRP (for my build) was $130. The difference in other fees was around $570

That's what I'm wondering, if X-Plan will save any money over the $500 back Farm Bureau certificate. If it only saves $300, but adds $275 for the fee, it would depend on how much they try to Overcharge you for a Doc fee. X-Plan limits doc fee to $100.

I may see if they will agree to the $100 doc fee and not use X-Plan, then I can get the $500 Back with Farm Bureau Certificate. Last one I saw there for sale had a $500 Doc fee, so that would save $900 total.

You are right! When I picked up my Maverick a few days ago my dealer honored the X-Plan off the original MSRP so it definitely can be done. I was misinformed before and I apologize!

Were you able to see or get a copy of the invoice with the X price indicated? Do you know anything about the "true invoice" others have mentioned. Or, is there really just one invoice? Thanks.

There is a thread on the forums which reported to have the actual prices, invoice and MSRP.
when I went to the partner site it loaded a cookie so Ford's builder price listed X-plan prices. So I used my saved copy of the build sheet and my copy of the DORA from before the price increase and my window sticker (after the price increase ) to calculate my numbers.
