Wire through the firewall

I need to run two wires from the front of my truck to the inside of the cab for my Brake Buddy. Has anyone breached the fire wall and where did you do it? TIA

You can follow the instructions on this system they show the install of a demco on the Maverick and where to gain access. You can use that location

I'm kinda sorta doing the same thing. Trying to find a location to pass through or drill for two steel cables that need to straight line attach to the brake pedal arm as part of the ready brute elite surge brake system. So far no success.

here's where I drilled my hole for rvibrake shadow cable. It's below and to the side of the grommet. I comes out just below the high voltage cables. Really hard to get a good pic of the engine side

Here's a picture of it from the engine bay directly in front of the driver. You'll need to kneel down further to look up at it from the driver foot well.

Whatever you do, make sure you have clearance within the firewall of the engine compartment when you drill thru.
