Window Sticker is Missing Tow Hitch

Hello!!

I have a '24 Maverick Lariat Hybrid order that just went into production. I was able to finally bring up the window sticker (see below) and I noticed that the tow hitch receiver is not on there. My order had the tow hitch in it, which was confirmed by the order summary provided by the dealership (see below).

Was this perhaps something that was removed by Ford due to supply constraints, just like the 4G LTE Hotspot? If that was the case, I prefer getting scheduled than not, assuming the hitch made the difference. Has anyone seen this happen? Thanks in advance!

No, it was your dealer who took it off so that it would get scheduled.

I believe the hitch is included as a no charge item in Equipment Group 500A.

Or maybe included in Lariat Luxury Group which this order does not have. Looks like Dealer deleted towing hitch.

Lariat Lux included it ... not just Lariat.
If it's not on that window sticker .... probably no hitch when you see your new Mav

Looks more like if it's not there he needs to buy it anyway and order a 2024 and sell the one without hitch for more$$ than MSRP!

Tell your dealer they need to add it at their expense when the truck arrives since they obviously removed it from your Oder somewhere along the way

They probably did remove it so the order would schedule.
Can't imagine them doing that (it will cost more than $100 to add after the fact!). They'll just sell to someone else, if OP doesn't want the truck.

The PDF clearly shows that the hitch not included in 500A.
Pg 13, option 60B shows that the hitch is optional. It is included in Lariat Lux & FX4 packages.....but the Mav in question does not have either of those 2 packages.

No, not included in the "base" 500A Lariat trim package. You have to add the 54P Luxury package to have the hitch included. The "O" on the right means the package is an option, if it was an "I", it would mean included.

The Window Sticker the OP posted does not have the Lux package added.

I had the same thing happen to me. The dealer took it off. Frustrating for sure, but they know you will still take the truck. I sure wasn't walking away.

Yea. That's my assumption. I'm going to call them at some point to verify. Regardless, I'm still going to take delivery. I installed the hitch receiver on my EB, the only problem is that the wiring won't be integrated like the factory option and I'll have to run it from the battery and plug in the adpater on the tail lights.
