Wind buffeting

I'm not noticing any buffeting (or in my old suv the helicopter sound as my kids called it). I have drove with just the drivers side window down when I'm by myself and with all windows down when the family is with me.

How do you cruise the main drag with all your windows up? Need to have that left arm out on the door and the right draped over the wheel!

In cars, I bought over 64 cars in my life and can say I did have one model that did no buffeting. It was my Volvo P1800 2 door coupes. All 4 door cars did buffeting. Maverick's shape is not conducive to airodinamics.

Now on my motorcycles, finding a windshield that does not buffet, that also is not easy for many riders.

I just leave the windows up and turn on the fan on 2. No AC most of the times. My wife's Prius 3 is terrible too.

I put air on fresh air intake and open the rear slider and I prefer fan on 3. When air intake gets too warm I put AC on recirculate, close rear slider, and set temp 73-75. Keeping fan on 3 as I am somewhat claustrophobic and the air movement helps.

Fresh air without a moonroof, that's why. Only really works at lower speeds as the wind noise soon grows too loud. Almost lost my hearing growing up to wind noise...

I didn't notice any issue with our Maverick XL. I love driving with windows down in spring and fall. It did not have an opening rear window. The only SUV I've ever owned with this issue was our Porsche Macan. It suffered it no matter what you did. But none of my other many vehicles have had this issue, unless I rolled just a rear window down.

Just noticed how bad it is with only the rear windows fully down. Definitely not expecting it to be that bad.
