Just curious if your dashcam recorded both front & rear activity? With the affordability of modern dashcams nowadays, it's foolish NOT to have one in your vehicle. Too many idiots on the road or "legitimate" accidents to where the burden of proof is priceless!Yes, the footage shows that the truck moved first, and then I moved forward to turn left. The damage did not occur on the front right side of my truck; instead, it occurred in the middle and afterward as the truck started turning. This indicates that I remained in my lane. I believe this clearly supports that the truck was at fault and is consistent with the police officer’s judgment based on my footage. I am very fortunate to have a good and reliable dashcam installed, and I will install one in all my future vehicles.
