This morning (Saturday) I was heading out to the store. When i tried to start my 23 Maverick. I got nothing. No power at all. The truck has been idle in the garage for about 6 days. I do not remember any issues while parking the truck. I did have two recalls done about 3 weeks ago. Ive seen posts where people have lights flashing and other warning lights. But I get nothing when i turn the key. Any suggestions. I have a call into the service dept. But they are a Mon-Friday shop.

Thanks all!

If you have the phone app, could you try to start it with that and see what happens? Or, see if it shows it's in deep sleep?

Might help rule out a key problem.

Lots to write about. Depends on a lot of things. But, I'll just start with the 6 days of sitting is no good for our Mavericks. We have all found out the hard way! Next, Jump your battery to start the truck OR, charge it over night and you will be good to go. Next, buy your own new AGM battery. Ford will keep replacing your battery with theirs and you will wind up in the same place 6 months from now. I could type more, but there are over 6 different threads in here about your situation. Short answer is get a new AGM battery and save yourself a bunch of hassles. We have all done the hard work for you. Trust me!

While it doesn't pose the danger that engine-out in hybrids does, I would still report it to NHTSA. Why should someone who purchases a new vehicle need to charge their battery after 6 days or buy an AGM battery etc. etc. ?

Ford has been building vehicles for over a hundred years. They need to solve this.

Real shame you have to go spend $500 for a new battery for your new truck

Most likely the SAME battery issue MANY have had. Charge battery connect charger to jump points under the hood. If you don't own a charger you should .

I carry a jump box . BUT you should see this problem coming if you notice the dome lights NOT coming on ahead of time before it wont start. MAYBE your domes were working before the 6 day sit.

If you have the ford pass app I bet you got a notice on it Saying battery low ford pass conserving energy turning off features. My phone will make a noise if that happens . So even if the car was okay before 6 day sit. during that sit I would get that notification on my phone. ,
