And that would be expected with the EB. The hybrid is not designed for high speeds.

Yeah that's one thing that's making me think about the hybrid. I don't really like the idea of just front wheel drive and I would prefer the independent suspension in the rear but most of my driving is suburban and that's where the hybrids really going to help me mileage wise. I would think. If I had a bigger mix of highway in there I would definitely go for the EB

The main reason I went with the hybrid was my 40 mile round trip commute in slow and go traffic on the highway. In my Hyundai Ioniq hybrid I was getting almost 50mpg on that trip. I can get mid 40s with the Maverick.
But I am still tempted to get a Tremor. If it was available with the 4k tow package I would probably get one to add to the fleet. If that 4k Tremor came in Eruption green I could probably convince my wife easily.

I would also trade my '24 Lariat hybrid in for an AWD Lariat hybrid especially if it could tow more than 2k. And if it also came in Eruption green then it would be even better.

I’m thinking negativity in general, many people are threatened that someone can own and drive a truck that’s not jumbo sized.

Makes me wonder maybe they get angry because it makes them think about why they need such a big truck......🤔

It has no issues with high speeds other than getting mileage like an EB. And like I said, I was happy with the mileage I got.

Seems like every post people make about Maverick s someone has so much negativity to post back. Why?
I have a 2022 hybrid with all the bells and whistles and I love it. The only negativity is when they send me a recall and I have to take my truck in and leave it for a day.
