Yep - 4K comes with a tow mode option.

Yes, 4K has tow haul mode and built in brake controller. My 7 pin connector also supplies around 5.5 amps for charging the camper battery while towing.

Tow mode will hold gears longer downshift earlier. If you have 4k Tow. You get better gearing and brake controller.

With the 4,000 towing package you have tow/haul mode, transmission cooler, heavy duty radiator, brake controller, 7 pin hitch & different differential gearing. Very well worth the price!

Yes, very much a well worth potion. I won't pull much if anything, but I will use it and have if need be. All towing for me will be light and short distances.
